When noble refers to a person, it means they have superior ideals and moral characteristics.

When Mike bestowed upon denizens of the icomic.com forums the title of Noble, CZ75, in the guise of forum denizen ZountCero, changed the title to Boble, believing the title of Noble was too much honor. CZ75 unwittingly screwed over people carrying the Noble title, but they apparently laughed it all off and Boble was never changed back to Noble.
