USB to IDE. Follow the digram from the CF to IDE picture. Pull pin 18 on the GL641 to ground for ATA/ATAPI mode. The thin red wire is the Radio Shack 30 ga wirewrap stuff. I soldered everything with a standard full sized Weller WCTP soldering station.
